shows the hair loss prior to any surgery
being undertaken. I wore my hair short but
it was still easy to see the diffused hair
loss even at this length. My hair loss was
deemed to be Norwood 6.
Due to wishing to keep my hair short/shaved,
I was determinded to have FUE surgery. I
realised that the operations would be more
expensive and take longer for me to get
the coverage I wanted as less grafts would
be placed in each session.
I was told by some that full restoration
with FUE would be deemed too expensive to
even think about looking at the advanced
loss I had, and also most likely not even
possible. This is true for most cases, restoration
with Norwood 6 with FUE alone is certainly
not common. I was fortunate enough to have
much better than average donor density,
so it was really about finding the right
doctor for the procedure and being determined
enough to go for what I wanted. Click
